1- Ensure the annual sales turnover, gross margins and collection targets are achieved along-with sales team.
2- Contribute towards preparing annual sales budgets and sales strategies.
3- Manage all existing customers effectively with regular support and communication to increase their loyalty index. Develop new customers after proper evaluation of their credentials along-with sales team.
4- Ensure that the sales team secure good profitable orders with acceptable commercial terms and conditions to the company.
5- Ensure customer service levels are high at all phases of sales (pre-sales, order processing and post sales) process. Monitor that customers requirement are met with timely product deliveries.
6- Ensure timely submission of invoices, DO and other relevant documents are submitted on time to customers based on the agreed terms of payment mode.
7- Ensure the payments from customers are collected on-time. Assist engineers in collection, if they face any difficulties in doing so.
8- Resolve customer complaints and ensure loyalty index goes up.
9- Conduct regular sales meeting to understand / evaluate the performance of sales engineers and coordinators.
10- Submit regular sales progress reports along-with suggestions for improvement, if there are any problems affecting the sales performance.
11- Keep constant update of existing / new competitors in the market and their information’s (pricing, marketing activities, technical updates etc.).
12- Maintain good business relationship with all internal staffs in the company.
13- Ensure proper roll out of all management decisions and policies to the sales team.
