Analyse the actual facilities in OMV Petrom E&P and participate at the proposal of process improvement.
Support the Projects and Engineering Department and the Asset representative team according to request.
Participate at the process of options selection for technical queries.
Participate at the elaboration of technical specifications for Process Engineering and Facility engineering.
Help at the development of technical studies.
Carry out site visits.
Elaborate reports after data gathering and site visits.
Elaborate HYSYS simulations;
Develop technical calculation and equipment sizing (vessels, heat exchangers, pipeline, and piping) for small projects;
Participate and offer contribution as process engineer for engineering calculation or elaboration of documents at different phases of a project.
Propose optimization of the surface technologies for gas conditioning in OMV PETROM.

Involvement in the following projects: • Elaboration and revision of SOW's for upgrading the obsolete gas dew pointing units, which are using at present an old C3+removal technology with Activated Carbon and with Molecular Sieve:

* Boldesti C3+ Recovery Plant
* Barbuncesti Gas Conditioning Station
* Gas Dehydration Unit in Park 201 Colibasi
* Ghercesti C3+ Recovery Plant
* Abramut C3+ Recovery Plant

• Preparation of Concept and Pre-FEED studies for Gas conditioning units for dewpointing (LTS with mechanical refrigeration for 600 000 Nm3 / d plants:
* Bulbuceni dehydration Plant
* Burcioaia Gas conditioning plant
* Micesti Gas Dehydration station
* Colibasi Gas Dehydration station

• Preparation and revision of engineering documentation (SOW, HYSYS simulation, equipment sizing, flow calculation, technology selection, preliminary PFD's, P&ID's, and H&MB's etc) for 50 000 to 250 000 Nm3 /d TEG units:
* Margineni Gas Conditioning and Compression unit
* Micesti Gas Conditioning Unit

• Preparation of engineering documentation (HYSYS simulation, equipment sizing, flow calculation, technology selection, preliminary PFD's and P&ID's, H&MB's etc) for 3.5 million Nm3 / d gas sweetening unit with MDEA

* Arpechim Plant

• Participation at the elaboration of technical documentation and engineering calculation for upgrading a 3.5 million Nm3/d cryogenic dehydration plant with turbo expander

* Pitesti plant

• Participation at the preparation of documents for designing a new gas conditioning facility due to the putting in function of a new gas condensate well, with a production of 2million Nm3/d gas and 300 t/d condensate, in Mamu- Madulari field cluster.

• Participation at the optimization of a 4 million Nm3/d Gas Conditioning Unit in Midia Navodari (Dehydration with Molecular Sieve, Sweetening, Mercury removal, C2+ recovery with turbo-expander) at the commissioning phase
• Revision of SOW and sizing calculation for the Installation of New Gas Filters in Bulbuceni Compressor Station.
• Involved in Upgrading the Gas Compressing Systems and the Power system (propose the use of G2P and Cogeneration units (CH&P)
• Preparation of pipeline modelling and reports for fulfilling a centralized gas transport system in the eastern part of Romania.
• Elaboration of full process package for the Pre-feasibility phase of FRDP Tazlau- Base case and Development Case- (treatment and injection of 5 000 m3/d of water) . Preparation of:
* SoW, BoD, Conceptual selection, Water handling conceptual selection report, Technology selection report, PFD's, P&ID's, H&MB, Line sizing, line list, etc

• Elaboration of full process package for Pre-feasibility phase of FRDP Videle- Base case and Development Case- (treatment and injection of 10 000 m3/d of water)

* SoW, BoD, Conceptual selection, Water handling conceptual selection report, Technology selection report, PFD's, P&ID's, H&MB, Line sizing, line list, etc.

• Propose the treatment of oil by using electro-treaters or thermo-chemical treatment for different types of oil, from light to very heavy ones, with 10-11 API gravity in Suplac area and Deposit 160 Videle.

• Elaboration of full process package for Pre-feasibility phase of FRDP Oprisenesti- (treatment and injection of 3 000 m3/d mixture of waters coming from different layers:
* Preparation of different scenarios for different water compositions- water containing H2S and FeO2, having different reservoir characteristics
* Participation at HAZID workshop for the water treatment station
* Participation at the preparation of SoW, BoD, Conceptual selection, Water handling conceptual selection report, Technology selection report, Technical evaluation report, PFD's, P&ID's, H&MB, Line sizing, line list,

• Revision of BOD and SOW for Sarmatian Park 14 Oprisenesti

• Prepare Concept, Pre-FEED and FEED studies for steam injection plants for oil and gas recovery enhancement for different assets, belonging to the Field Redevelopment Programme: * Involved in the boiler replacement project for generating steam: * Analyse the mass and energy balance
* Sizing calculation for vessels and drainage system

• Participation at Moreni Pilot Project as Single Point of Contact:
* Participate at FIST Workshop
* Revision of Contractor documents: BOD, P&IDs, Packaged Equipment Specification, Packaged Equipment Data Sheet, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, Hazardous material Register, etc.
* Participate at HAZOP meeting
* Preparation of HYSYS simulations and calculations for the temperature increase in case of pumping interruption
* Revision of SOW for EPCC phase

• Moreni Full Field Redevelopment:
* Revision of documents like Concept report and Conditioning assessment of the existing equipment
* Participate at FIST workshop
* Preparation of FFDP Moreni presentation

• Participation at the calculation and revision of documents for the FEED phase of the Water treatment station in Suplacu de Barcau, which treats 20 000 m3/d of water coming from underground combustion.

• Revision of documents for Michaelis combustion gases Pilot Incinerator, which treats the gas coming from underground combustion in Suplac area

• Participation at the elaboration of the documents for the projects of Upgrading the Oil and Gas gathering and separation facilities:
* Revision of SOW for Park 1Corbii Mari Oil Treatment Plant
* Revision of SOW for radioactive tubing in Corbii Mari
* Revision of SOW for 181 Collection Point in Cobia
* Revision of SOW and BOD for Modernization of Saru Tank Farm project
* Revision of SOW for Colibasi Enlargement Process Capacity in Park 201
* Revision of documents for Oil flow treatment capacity enlargement in Park Vata
* Revision of Icoana compressor's filter project
* PSE document revision for Tank Farm Independenta
* Provide comments for the individual Mobile Multiphase Oil Gas Wells measurement unit

• Participation at the elaboration of documents for small water treatment facilities:
* Revision of BODs for Water Treatment Stations in Deleni, Ciuresti and Cocu area and offer support in the elaboration of SOWs
* Review documentation regarding the replacement of the Salt Water Tank in Poiana Lacului
