• support in publishing periodic MIS
• resolve any customer issues reported either by phone or email or through
RMs/Branches by way of a fix or providing root cause analysis impacting the issues as
per service level agreements
• conduct market survey/analysis whenever required
• ensure the issues reported are effectively managed until resolution and customer is
appraised of findings throughout and until closure.

• Assisting General Manager for Sales Calls in the Public and Private
Sectors firms of Oman. Some of the Clientele include Royal Court
Affairs (Royal Garden), The Wave Muscat, Muscat Golf course
Project (Muscat Hills), General Development Service, Lalbuksh
Voltas, Gala Wentworth Golf Course
• Independently dealing with RCA - Agriculture department Tender
board on new tenders, and follow-up after tender submission
• Expedite new Inquiries with Clients
• Handling the Companys Public Relation Works. Eg; Applying for
Expat Employees new Visas and renewal of visas upon expiry, with
ROP.
• Renewal of Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry Certificates
• Renewal of Muscat Municipality Certificates
• Company Logo registration with Oman Chamber of Commerce.
• Custom Clearance of import cargoes at Muscat International Airport.
• Liaising with all the government departments for Companys various
activities.
• Delivery of goods to Clients
• After Sales Customer Support
