- Work as a CSR for Saudi Arabian Airlines account in the reservation and ticketing department using Amadeus system (Global Travel Distribution System).
- Answering all incoming requests and addressing the customers’ problems in a timely manner.
- Responsible for communicating with customers’ interactions via multiple channels.
- Following company procedures when handling incoming and outgoing interactions with the ability to resolve and close issues.
- • Escalating issues or unresolved queries to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Prepare and update the supply chain reports: monthly production report (MPR); monthly raw material yields report; weekly and monthly downtime analysis reports; monthly SC KPIs report; monthly headcount plan report; monthly raw material replenishment plan report (MRP).
- Facilitate the analysis of the production effectiveness at the production lines and organize time and material losses through productivity reporting system.
- Initiate a daily monitoring system of vital KPIs using graphs and charts and visual boards (Visual Management).
- Generating daily, weekly and monthly production reports and calculates for line efficiency, mechanical efficiency, raw material yields, labor productivity and downtime.
- Prepare weekly production plan as per required sales forecast and evaluate production plan effectiveness.
- Follow up the production reports and control the withdrawal of raw materials used in production.
- Identifying problem area and pinpointing opportunities for improvements and support ongoing OE projects and do the necessary analysis to show projects' status from targeted by performance evaluation and financial gain analysis.
- Prepare SC annual business plan (BP).
