I was involved in SAT, loop checking & function testing pre-commissioning, and commissioning of different system and packages. Integrated control and safety system ICSS from YOKOGAWA fire & Gas function check. Flame detector and gas detector calibration & alignment, various types of instrument & functional check, Gas compressor, Propane Compressor, Gas reception facilities slug catcher, condensate export launcher & receiver, condensate stabilizer Colum, feed gas pre heater & feed gas separator, condensate metering skid, sales gas metering skid, instrument air compressor & dryers, nitrogen skid, all commissioning job completed, start-up and hand over to operation. In additions perform Instrument trouble shooting, and preventive maintenance of DCS and PLC, Well head control and protection safety system such as:
• Wellhead Integrity test and preventive maintenance for wellhead control panel (PETRONAS, CAC, and Suleiman, Brisco control panels with Pressure Pilot and SSV-HIPPS Valves, SCSSSV, and fusible plugs fire system).
• Maintenance planning scheduling and control use MAXIMO system.
• On Job trainer Instrument control in required knowledge and skills and formulate recommendation for training and non-training solutions.
• Perform regular testing and evaluation of instrumentation designs.
Being actively involved in the new expansion project called offshore Associated Gas OAG Phase1) for the Pre-commissioning and commissioning of Instrument Loop check for fire and gas system, and DCS Honeywell Experion PKS control execution environment (CEE).
PLC Siemens, Allen Bradley SLC 500, S7-300, 400, fire and gas of HIMA system with GE Nopha penion Gas turbine, vibration system of BentleyNevada3500 proximity probes.

Preparation ESD package emergency shutdown testing at all CPF and out stations at A.F.P.C. Carried out ESD test sheets; plot plan, schematic and initiators. In addition, ESD tests at field and prepare close out report. Logic schematic causes and effect diagrams.

Interface with other department and vendors to support their testing activity. Review P&ID, and Engineering documents. Conduct SAT of all vendor panels and remote I/O cabinets.
