o Increase brand awareness by ensuring 100% distribution of POS materials, Chillers, Light signs etc in high value outlets within sales territory, and replacement of obsolete or damaged ones.
o Ensures active selling by daily visits of minimum 10 outlets in the assigned top volume outlets in line with agreed target and also takes full responsibility for the entire territory sales figures.
o Ensures at a minimum, once a quarter reviews of outlet database, in sales team routes, and inclusion of new outlets.
o Work with ASM and Training Dept and HR to build personal sales capability
o Ensures accurate reporting of activities and all relevant weekly/monthly reports are submitted in-time to beat business deadlines.
o Provide on-site training to bar men and outlet owners to make Guinness Nigeria PLC brand the first choice on consumers mind.
