Manage support staff for optimum performance and coverage of responsibility for all Ayadic medical businesses in the whole Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and 7 Product Specialists based in the central headquarters (Riyadh).
•Bring medical companies and communicate with the suppliers.
•Follow with the suppliers/agents and review, signing the contracts with them as exclusive agent for Saudi Arabia market.

•Manage Ayadic products (SETRA, CISA, LOWTEM, GV HEALTH, MDD, BROHS, STEAM FRANCE, FORMED, EURONDA& E-LINE).

•Visits the factories of foreign companies in their countries.

•Hire, train, and terminate employees as needed.

• Prepare reports, and set budgets.

•Set district and regional goals.

•Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.

Coverage of responsibility for all Isam medical businesses in the whole Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and 9 Product Specialists based in the central headquarters (Riyadh).

•Manages Isam product ( Becker, Praticima, Agencinox, Famed, Brewer, Kugel, KW, Willach, Prohs).

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Coverage of responsibility for all UCC medical businesses in the whole Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
•Manages UCC product (Consumables, Medical Furniture& Medical Gases).

Represents 12 international medical related brand names in the Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia such as:
PENTAX - Japan - Endoscopies (AS product Manager) .
PENLON - U.K. - Anesthesia machine, Patient monitors, Suction regulator & Suction machine
INVIVO - U.S.A. -MRI, Patient Monitor & Boils
SCHILLER- Switzerland - Cardiology machine: Stress Test, 24-hours holter monitor, ECG, Defibrillator, Spirometer, Vital Sign Monitor, ICU Monitor and Pulse Oximeter
Aesculap - Germany - Laprosocpy Unit
B-Braun - Germany for Dialysis Machine & Syringe Pump
Ardo - Switzerland - Incubators and Intensive Care Unit
Merivarra - Finland - Hospital Furniture
ITO - Japan - Physiotherapy Unit
Teckno Medical - Germany - Electro Surgical Unit and Laproscopy Unit
Lawton - Germany - Surgical Instruments

•Weekly and monthly progress report
•Daily work plan
•Contact and update the agent for any sales and product progress
•Technical support and evaluation for sales team
•Creates new customers and sales opportunities
•Submit and Follow-up quotations
•Contract Negotiation
•Demonstrates and trains Doctors/Nurses/Staff
