1: Ensure construction and infrastructure activities implementation in line with proposal and direction from Infrastructure supervisor.
2: Regular check on materials delivered to site and prepare materials request
3: Update and generate AutoCAD Drawings
4: Reporting, including Activity Progress, quality plan implementation, and filed updates and needs.
5: Supervise and Manage the project’s team Activities.
1: Prepare the preliminary activities and documents needed for the work site.
-Participate in the preparing of the initial assessment report
-Prepare the technical specification for the planned activities
-Prepare the initial Bill of Quantity for the planned activities
-Prepare the Procurement Request for the activities
-Reading and analysing the construction & the structural drawing for the construction activities
-Evaluate the quality of the required materials needed for the work site
-Determine the quantities of the required materials needed for the work site
-Identify potential problems that could lead to work stoppages and slow downs
Objective 2: Prepare the worksites
-Visit the work site if needed and organize the working time frame with the responsible person for the work site
-Organize the teams required for the activities implementation
Select the tools required for the work site
-Manage, organize and participate in creating the documents needed for work sites (Eg.: MOU, Work completion certificate)
Objective 3: Supervise the worksites
-Supervise the daily supply of equipment and materials to the worksites
-Control the usage of equipment and materials
-Control the construction of the water and sanitation facilities
Control the building construction activities
-Control and follow up the rehabilitation of the water and sanitation rehabilitation activities
Manage the advancement of the work and report to managers on progress and deadlines
-Control the maintenance of the tools by the workers
-Follow up with the water connection activates
-Follow up with contractors in the work sites
Objective 4: Assist the team building capacity
-Train, supervise and follow up with the team activities.
-Elaborate the team’s work schedule.
-If needed prepare training for the team in term of technical capacity.
-Ensure the team’s technical support.

-Explain the project’s activities and objectives to partners and the population
-Act as a link between the Organization and the beneficiaries.
:-Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field - Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects.-Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Provide overall follow up and supervision of the engineering works related to the project-Develop Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and tender documents - Develop technical resources (e.g. strategic framework, standard operating procedures (SOPs), manuals) to guide WASH Infrastructure interventions, drawing from international best practices, along with field specific observations….
