- Follow up STC network (Fiber Network) into NE (Network Engineer) and implement the project tools and based inventory solution (based on NE).
- Control and check the expansion and enhancement fiber projects, Commercial Street, VDSL and FTTH projects designs issued by design department.
- Prepare and present training on FTTH design and standards, support designers in the design process by provide them with required technical knowledge.
- Oversee operations support group, comprised of; design activities, resolving issues, implementation validation and quality management.
- Coordinating the phases of fiber and FTTH designs, from planning until sites RFS (Ready for service) and applying the project management practices and tools.
- Defining the scope and creating network diagram.
- Scheduling the project activities and following to meet the target dates.
- Perform quality assurance and control the quality of deliverables.
- Directly managing a team of 16 members across 5 nationalities and 4 districts.
- Meeting with other stakeholders involved in design projects such as planning department, implementation department and contractors.
- Reporting progress of my team and overall performance of the projects to senior management.

Work description: responsibilities and roles assigned to me through 3 years:
- ISP (Inside Plant) Telecom Engineer: analyze, design and implement engineering tools project for STC (Saudi Telecom Corporation).
- ISP Support Engineer: work as system consultant with STC team; participate in NE (Telcordia’s Network Engineer) system deployment. Work with different telecom vendors such as Huawei, Siemens, and Alcatel-Lucent.
- OSP designer: responsible for designing fiber networks with STC design department and FTTH with NOVA Company (Leading British company provides FTTH services to STC).
- Project Engineer (for Yemen Telecom project): responsible for implementing GIS based inventory solution (based on NE) and participate in setting the quality assurance procedure and monitoring the quality of the work.
- Trainer: prepare and present different internal and external training materials (Transmission, switching, data, microwave systems, optical fiber and mobile networks) and training services.
Certificate from PMI in managing and leading the projects to success.
International Diploma in Business from Cambridge University - United Kingdom. Includes four modules: -Business Organization. -Business communication. -Marketing. -Business Finance.
