Handling and leading all collection teams to collect the annual service charges, according to achieve the annual target set by the company management, in order to recover all the actual expenditures spent for the maintenance and services related to the sold units and the whole community during the year.

COLLECTION SUPERVISOR (Team Leader/Manager) JOB RESPONSIBILITY/DUTIES:-

1-Guides, reviews and controls Collection team in each portfolio.
2-Assist and help Collection team with invoicing, owner queries, disputes and collection activities of difficult cases etc.
3-Review the collection/receivables status and resolve financial discrepancies/ disputes raised by clients.
4-Review delinquent account records to determine which customers must be contacted for collection of overdue accounts.
5-Investigate and solve old outstanding balances which are related to previous owners/customers.
6-Meet with owners for collection purposes.
7-Keep the management informed through daily/weekly/monthly reports of collection for each Business Unit/Staff.
8-Prepare owner disputes and feedback report.
9-Control all collection staff targets.
10-Maintain owner’s database with accurate details
11-Monitor & ensures adherence to Company Policies and Procedures in addition to compliance with state and federal regulations
12-Any other job as assigned by the Manager.
