Stock Sales Management Role:-
- Direct and oversee the Order Fulfillment process,
- Send Purchase orders to supplier.
- Establish processes for order tracking, maintain updated customer contact
information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in ensuring adequate inventory levels are
maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
- May act as a liaison with sales regarding ship dates or inventory levels.
- Coordinate with Client the approval and signature of all Sales Contracts.
- Follow up on product Expected Date of Arrival and Departure and update
Client accordingly.
- Follow up on payment with the Client.
- Update CRM following every client interaction.
Logistics Role:-
- Handle all communications with suppliers
- Ensure shipment / products arrive to storage
- On receipt of the Entry Form from the Stores, identify all issues that may
generate claims, in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Manager in order to provide any needed
logistics and supplier interface support to the Sales team
- Ensure systems are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials.
Claims Management Role:-
- Initiate all Claim requests.
- Follow up with Supplier until issue is resolved / Payment is made
- If Supplier / Client do not comply with the necessary actions, or issue is not
resolved to TC satisfaction, inform Supply Chain Manager of the situation.
Coordinate and track shipments:-
- Prepare P.O’s and follow up on Back orders, Back logs.
- Follow up with all shipments inside & outside country.
- Pulling and packing of goods and arrange appropriate transportation among
the tasks that might need to be completed in this responsibility include
freight consolidation, cost analysis, routing and scheduling.
- Tracking shipments to ensure they arrive on time and all shipments and
delivery processes adhere to any pertinent regulations.
Managing warehouses: -
- Maintaining inventory, ordering shipping goods, operating necessary equipment and managing warehouse personnel.
Analyze supply chain systems:-
- Ensure that all aspects of a logistics team, such as shipping, warehousing and procurement, are working together through ERP system and full
experience of working with JDEdwards to fill orders and deliver materials
on a timely basis.
- Review all processes and systems and design and implement new plans and
procedures as needed.
- Creating and maintaining contingency plans.
- Report to management and suppliers all market sales and closing stock on
monthly basis.
Coordinating Purchases:-
- Organizing the transportation of purchased goods from overseas manufacturers.
- Follow up with the clearance agent and transporter and coordinating between them to have the goods into warehouses.
- Handle transactions and answer customer queries.
- Decipher customer needs and offer the best solution based on proper
company policies.
- Effectively communicate ideas, suggestions and answers.
- Refer customers to people who specialize with the type of problem or query
they present.
- Complete complex money-related transactions.
