*Perform general clerical functions such as, answering the phone, taking and relating messages, keeping simple files and maintaining a neat and properly work environment.
*Maintain strict code of confidentiality regarding information received.
Maintaining all clients’ records and staffs records.
*Processing Data Flow to HAAD credentialing for all Medical Staffs of the office as well as renewals of all the Licenses of medical staffs and the company.
*Processing Daman clients for Home nursing care & Physiotherapy Care
*Coordinates with Authorization Department with regards to approvals and rejection.
*Responsible for processing Claims
*Responsible for the patient concerns/complains and making necessary actions
*Readily take part in department meetings.
*Efficiently coordinate the flow of activities, data and tasks in the office ensuring the correct distribution of duties and readily assist the marketing team in the daily activities in the department.
*Efficiently coordinates with I.T. Department any changes or updates on the codes to be uploaded to the Information System.
*Liaises with other concern departments regarding changes or updates on Coding and CPT in which both are updated annually
*Support the business by providing exceptional customer service and cultivating relationships with referral providers
*Processing GHQ Military patients for HNC & Physiotherapy Care as well as Billing
College Graduate and passed The Licensure Examination for teachers
