Collaborates with the key site teams to provide a safe and healthful working condition that will ensure workers are protected from work-related hazards and risks that may cause harm, injuries, ill-health to the workers and damage to the property or to the environment.

Developed project site plans and procedures such as, HSE plan, infectious disease control plan, heat stress management plan, emergency preparedness and response plan etc. for continuous improvement in OH&S performance.

Developed and implemented a workshop training program in all construction high risk activities such as confined space entry, working at height, trench-excavations, lifting operations etc. to all site key personnel’s and employees.

Worked closely with the Contractors HSE teams and under the direction of the project manager and prepared HSE deliverables for the projects.

Conducts regular loss prevention inspection (LPI), safety leadership tour (SLT) to ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations, standards and continuous improvement in the OH&S management system.

Monitors all construction activities within the project scope and ensuring that works are executed as per the approved HSE plans, SOPs and MSRA.

Provides technical supports with the construction team to ensuring an overall compliance, optimization and achieving HSE set targets and objectives.

Organize and oversees the implementation of weekly health and safety meetings with the contractor safety and construction key personnel’s.

Conducts and approve interviews with the contractors proposed HSE Personnel’s.

Take lead in the team of accident/incident investigation, prepare incident summary along with the corrective action to prevent re-occurrence.

Conduct monthly focus safety audits with the contractor as per the audit plan.
