Handling the international import shipment, also export shipment, POC of supplier for ready items to be pick up, ensuring the on time, efficient delivery of the products, evaluating the appropriate forwarder/ carrier for the shipment. Ensuring that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost. Working closely with Freight forwarder & internal team for the processing of the shipment delivery, Using SAP application
In charge in processing the shipping of Import items( High End Clothing and Jewelry) from UK, Italy, Germany, Japan, Switzerland, Spain etc. to Kuwait
In charge in processing the shipping of export online orders from Kuwait to different part of Countries in Europe, America, Asia, Middle East and Africa
Point of Contact of supplier for shipment procedure of Import items
Point of Contact of Freight forwarder company in arranging the shipment and receiving the shipment
Coordinating with Company Custom Broker with regards to the custom related matter in clearing the import items in Kuwait custom
Coordinating with Finance Department with the invoice, freight charges and custom charges related to the shipment
In charge of communicating with supplier for any damaged item, return items, items to be refund or exchange
Communicating directly with Company Head Buyer & Fashion Director for the orders that will be ship every season
Assessing and nominating the suitable freight forwarder/courier that will be use in every shipment (import items and online export orders).
Coding and Pricing the items in Retail Pro System as per the standard procedure & coefficient approved by Management
Point of contact in the company in providing information about the upcoming shipment or goods
