Responsibilities:
- Manpower Planning.
- Oversee and maintain organization structure along with the salary scale, the compensation, and benefits
- Establishing job descriptions & KPI’s.
- Oversee the recruitment process and provide a pool of candidates with the right capabilities that meet business needs.
- Ensure implementation of HR standards, requirements, policies, and procedures
- Manage monthly Payroll process and hand it over on time for finance department.
- Improving and developing personnel affairs procedures.
- Establishing the evaluation and performance system.
- Establishing training programs based on competencies
- Prepare all reports needed for HR department
- Add & update employees’ information’s,
- Processing vacations, promotions, over time and checking their details according to the company polices
- Issuing contract renewals, follow-up and update them in the system.
- Calculate violations, issue warnings and send them to finance
- Responsibilities :
• Provide a high level of customer service and Professional communication
• Add, & update the clients addresses with accuracy,
• Send pickup requests for companies, train the new agents.
