 Establish and maintain awareness of the organization's Emiratization target through effective communication and representation
 Provide guidance and support to UAE Nationals to integrate them into the different business units, assisting with induction and training programs for Emiratis.
 Work with Business Unit Heads and Line Managers to establish development plans for all UAE Nationals
 Perform any other duties or responsibilities that are consistent with the employee Role and assigned by the management.
