Plans, organizes, and performs various Human Resources development activities.
Prepare yearly /periodical status report of all Human resources Development activities.
Responsible for sourcing suitable candidates to fill approved vacancies within the organization.
Responsible of selection, recruitment and placement proceedings.
Liaise with Training Section and ensure that orientation program has effectively carried out. Review new staff orientation program for continuous improvements.
Responsible to plan, design, develop and implement incentives and other programs to motivate staff to give maximum output to achieve organization goals.
Initiates various Human Resources Development projects.
Responsible for the preparation, maintenance and communication of records, reports etc. related to Human Resources Development.
Responsible for Emiratisation across the UAE. Working with HR Line Managers / Business Managers to develop external networks and resourcing strategies to attract the best UAE National talent to CBI.

Develop CBI employer brand proposition targeted at UAE Nationals and develop resourcing plans to headhunt UAE National talent for key roles.
Develop and proactively manage CBI relationships with Emiratisation stakeholders such as EIBFS, Tanmia and the UAE Central Bank.
Develop strategies to enhance cultural awareness within CBI, helping expat colleagues to understand and celebrate UAE traditions and culture (appreciating the subtleties between the emirates).
Provide consultancy to CBI businesses in the development of business unit specific Emiratisation plans, the monitoring of progress and supporting delivery.
Management of Employee relations issues as they arise (including Retention, Disciplinary actions, pension and liaison with Ministry of Labor where required).
To scan the external environment to understand best practice, identify opportunities and shape the UAE Emiratisation strategy.
Develop and implements the Emiratization plan in accordance with the organizations overall goals and objectives.
Establish and maintain awareness of the organization's Emiratization target through effective communication and representation
Provide guidance and support to UAE Nationals to integrate them into the different business units, assisting with induction and training programs for Emiratis.
Work with Business Unit Heads and Line Managers to establish development plans for all UAE Nationals
Perform any other duties or responsibilities that are consistent with the employee Role and assigned by the management.
