• Control and track the performance management system, employees KPIS, MDP in order to ensure the career progression and employees development.
• Attending the people meeting with stakeholders end of the year to analyze and identify the company needs.
• Cerate survey and forms to be distributed among head of departments to understand the need in each department and work closely to close the GAP.
• Meet suppliers to build training material and courses to be delivered as per the calendar plan.
• Attending TTT sessions and deliver training directly for employees.

• Develop and work on E-learning system to benefit employees with the self-learning new trends.

• Solving employees critical issues related to Saudi labor law.
