• Management of all phases of projects, including project set-up, design, and construction drawings;
• Resolution of complex technical and design issues as they arise during document preparation and construction administration;
• Management of project schedules, and set-up with clients, sub-contractors, vendors, and consultants;
• Providing project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction.
· Reviewing of contractor design drawings, specifications, and coordination with the work of other disciplines;
· Arranging and managing design project related meetings. Monitoring all contractors and consultants;
· Participating in the administration of project assignments, including quality control
· Writing of Technical Briefs, Design Reports, and coordination with Clients
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
· Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements.
· Design of HVAC, Public Health and Smoke Protection systems;
· Management of the flow of project information between the team;
· Coordination of project documentation with approving authorities;
· Manage interface between design team / site supervision team ensuring proper design support is provided in a timely manner.
