• Handling all kinds of transactions for Key companies working in the field of food ingredients, Like LAY Spices Co, Kipco Damaco (Poultry meat), CaseTech (Casing), Brata (Bread crumbs) and Danisco Co.
• Handling all purchase and sales orders from the company and to the clients.
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities Initiating marketing studies for the company's products, and future expansions ideas
• Insure Customer Satisfaction at all levels
• Conducting meeting with current and potential clients in the local and regional markets.
• Maintains proficient knowledge of product line, pricing, production lead times, delivery time, shipping terms, and various marketing promotional services.

• Researches and maintains current knowledge regarding new and existing products and monitors the sales, prices and products of company's competitors.
• Establishes professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, manufacturing, quality assurance, management, and other key personnel)
• Establishes credit with prospective customers by gathering pertinent information and handing off to Accounting for credit approval process.
• Secures orders from existing and potential customers by means of visiting the customer facility or contacting by phone.
• Follows up (by phone or visit) on quotations submitted to customers.
• Logs all sales activity in appropriate computer software

Customer’s orders:
• Confirm orders with suppliers through e-mail and special form.
• Follow up the needed documents and shipping details for the customer’s orders.
• Check all documents before sending the original to the customer. Also, translating labels, sometimes, to make sure it matches the Jordanian standards for labels.
• Coordinate between customer and shipping line or the forwarding agency till the customer receives the delivery order.
• Make sure that the goods arrive to customer’s warehouse without any problem.
• Following up any problems may occur with Custom, Standard and metrology or Jordanian food and drugs association within the clearing procedure

• Check products stock for both bonded area and company warehouse.
• Coordinate with sales men regarding the needed quantities from each product.
• Order for suppliers the needed products and quantities.
• Fill the L/C applications if needed and follow up it with the bank until it’s received to the supplier.
• Fill Insurance application if needed for the ordered products and quantities.
• Follow up the custom authorities for custom vat letters.
• Check all documents before sending the original to the customer. Also, translating labels, sometimes, to make sure it matches the Jordanian standards for labels.
• Follow up with shipping line or the forwarder until the arrival of cargo.
• Preparing the documents and deliver it to the clearing agent and follow up them till the cargo enter the warehouse or bonded area.
• Follow up any problem may accrue in documents, clearing, Insurance, Payment…. Ect.
• Following up any problems may occur with Custom, Standard and metrology or Jordanian food and drugs association within the clearing procedure
