Communicate with foreign and local suppliers to provide products as per customer request.

Communication with clients and Presenting quotations and providing technical specifications for the Division's products to customers.

Organize files and documents.

Assisting all levels of management and to attain the purpose of the institution.

Preparing daily report and schedules of the clients.
•
Prepare official letter and book for different establishments.
•
Typing both Arabic and English quotation and inquires.
•
Distributing the faxes.
•
Making purchase and sale invoices for products.

Follow-up with the accounting department to review the sales and purchase invoices.

Preparing letters, quotations, costing and delivery notes to the Division.

Receiving phone calls and providing information on products of the division and Coordination between customers and our sales staff, follow-up of staff, supply and installation work.
