• Design and manage an effective procurement process such as PR, PO, ITB and contractors/consultants’ engagement for emergency and developmental projects funded different donor
• Design suitable procurement strategies for health and nutrition project on all procurement through the reporting.
• Quantification and ensure availabilities of medical and health commodities as require for project activities.
• Provides guidance and support to the project and the procurement team in all sensitive support activities.
• Design and manage operations budget and ensure effective supply chain auditing process within support services processes.
• Responsible for efficient coordination of procurement, logistics, warehouse, assets and fleet functions.
• General operations support to improve program impact for OFDA, DFID, SIDA, GIZ, IHA GAC, ECHO, EU and UN agencies funded project.
• Coordinate the preparation procurement plan and review with the programs head and present for management approval.
• Analyze procurement data and answerable to under/over spent budget line during BVA review

• Coordinating product call back from main/mini DC across the region to other location and production department if the need arise.
• Prepared purchase order (PO) for approval and emergency sourcing to prevent operational down time.
• Collate, screen and submission of requisition and screen & recommend potential suppliers to stakeholder.
• Supply Chain/Transport planning and management of THIRD PARTY LOGISTICS service provider.
• Stock inventory management; Order & Re-order, receiving and supplying Main, Mini Distribution Centre and some major company’s distributors Pan Nigeria.
• Demand/Supply cycle order management & Emergency response to shipment of finished goods & facility.
• Distribution Planning and supply chain management for efficient delivery to customer’s door and Main/Mini Distribution Centre for direct sales and redistribution respectively.
• Oversees cold distribution centre and cold chain distribution management and product quality preservation.
• Regular updates of stock transaction and warehouse activities (Receive, Supply/Delivery made and sale’s quantity/figure and facility status) on ERP.
• Warehouse budget and expenses management, regular stock count, reconciliation and inventory data analysis
• Oversees warehouse environment, safety & hygiene, machineries safety and emergency response to Accident.
• Warehouse machineries management and supervisor for prompt response to prevent operation time loss
• Staff co-ordination for efficient operation performance (operation planning and Man-Hour management)
• Oversees staff safety and compliance with SOP policy and performance KPI as laid by the FMN Plc
• Warehouse storage capacity maximization with zero tolerance to poor handling/damages and discrepancies.
• Manage relationship with Local, state and federal government agent to enhance smooth MDC operation
• Customer’s relationship management and satisfaction
• Written and submission of daily, weekly and Monthly warehouse Operation and Logistics activities report to Country warehouse and Logistics/procurement Managers respectively
