Responsible for Cathodic Protection Systems Services, monitoring and maintenance of all the Gas Plant's inlets Gas Transmission Systems, Process Gas lines and Water Well System Casings. Data analysis, preparation of job request from inspection indications and defects, updating the inspection document in the data center (live-link) and ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources, material selections and verification.
Highlights, Achievements and Responsibilities:
•Actively handling Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Integrated Corrosion Management system.
•Execution of all Preventive Maintenance Routine (PMR) associated with cathodic protection systems.
•Fixing all issues within the direct current (DC) junction boxes, positive / negative bond boxes and the DC output of the Transformer Rectifier (TRR).
•Development of Inspection Finding Reports (IFR) for all field activities.
•Ensured that all Cathodic Protection system survey reports and IFR are collated and uploaded in Live-link and PACER.
•Ensure protection integrity, analyze and interprets inspection data and make recommendations for improvements and corrective actions.
•When necessary, call on external Cathodic Protection (Vendor) to audit, advice, measure or correct technical issues within the system.
•Specification of material for installation.
•Developed work pack for remedial and new jobs
•Attend kick off and HAZOP review meetings.

•Ability to interpret Design documents, determine and size both Galvanic and Impressed Current System, DC source, Transformer Rectifier and associated anode ground beds.
•Knowledgeable in preparation of bid documents and RFQ for CP Systems.
•Full knowledge of practical interpretation and application of NACE standards and International codes as related to Corrosion Engineering.
•Full knowledge of post design surveys like CIPS, DCVG, Interference testing and mitigation study.
