Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for the organization. This includes job postings, conducting interviews, reference checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Employee Relations: Handling employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions. Also been the main point of contact for all employee-related issues.
Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and improve their job performance. This includes identifying training needs, creating training programs, and facilitating employee development plans.
Compliance: Ensuring that the organization is compliant with all relevant labour laws and regulations, such as employment standards, human rights, and health and safety regulations. This involves staying up to date with changes to regulations and adopting policies and procedures as needed.
HR Administration: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including maintaining employee records, managing HR budgets, and preparing reports for senior management.

Ensuring Compliance with Regulations: The organization complies with all applicable laws (Federal and State Payroll Regulations).
Responding to Employee Inquiries: Answering employee questions related to their pay checks, taxes, and other deductions.
Creating Reports: Responsible for generating payroll reports, including tax filings and other financial reports.
Communicating with other Departments: To ensure that payroll information/attendance is accurate and up to date before processing payroll.
