- Prepare and issue pre-commissioning, commissioning, SAT Procedures;
- Developing Commissioning Strategies for telecom systems;
- Developing Method Statements/Risk Assessments to cover commissioning work activities:
- Attending Permit-to-Work System as a Permitting Authority;
- Provide technical assistance and training for sub-contractors;
- Review/monitor sub-contractors’ methods, schedules and coordination with other site activities;

- Monitor Safety, Quality, and Efficiency of subcontracted work on each stage of the project;
- Review and comment as necessary on all related detailed engineering work (Telecom) produced by the Contractors;
- Check specifications as required ensuring a safe and reliable design;
- Reporting progress to the CaTRo engineering team and management;
- Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, installation and start-ups;
- Provide technical expertise/advice to the Commissioning Manager in the area of Telecoms;
- Review Telecom Drawings, calculations, and documents produced by the engineering, vendor, or construction Contractors;
- Review the selection and procurement of Telecom equipment provided by Contractors.
- Liaise with vendor and client teams to ensure scope is aligned with Project direction to ensure an on time and successful execution of the Telecom system;
- Interface with other disciplines (e.g. electrical, HVAC, structural, instrumentation) to ensure commissioning is carried out to specification;

- Supporting construction and QA/QC Departments in telecom issues.
- Managing construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on telecoms systems of Oil & Gas companies: KazTransOil JSC., Intergas Central Asia JSC. as a contractor side.
- Elaborating plans for modernization and innovative technology implementation for O&G telecom networks;
- Managing technical staff of more than 40 people;
- Supervising contactor’s activities, construction and commissioning work flows;
- Arranging maintenance of O&G IT & Telecoms systems as a contractor side.
Professional achievements:
• 2 telecom aggregation centres have been successfully built-up and handed over to KazTransOil JSC.;
• UHF network modernization for Intergas Central Asia have successfully been implemented;
• Arranged internet services for Nostrum O&G oil deposit;
• Internet and VPN channels arrangement for KPO b.v.;
• Arranged “from zero” CCTV network for Gas Trunkline Compressor stations, field gas objects and offices for Intergas Central Asia.
