Providing the technical trainings for customer personnel (operators, maintenance teams, engineers).

Swedish, Finnish management.
In Poltava Mining building of 3 new Metso Flotation Lines.
Checking scope of delivery Metso equipment in the customer stock.
Manage of the installation VTM1500 (vertical mills), magnetic separators, slurry pumps, flotation machines.
Working close with the customer contractors and the customer managements.
Solving and fixing the technical problems, warranty cases.
Commissioning and start-up of the VertiMills, magnetic separators, slurry pumps, flotation machines.
Every week meeting with the customer, reports to project managers in Sweden, American, France.
Installation, start-up, adjusting and repairing equipment made by Metso - Con, Jaw and VSI crushers,
screens, feeders, pumps, conveyors, etc. Solving and fixing the technical problems, warranty cases. Can
read and understand Electrical & Hydraulic Schematic Diagrams, mechanical drawings, Installation &
Operational Manuals.
Maintenance of the Metso slurry pumps in Poltava Mining (changing liners, bearings, sealing, cases,
impellers, etc.).
Manage of the maintenance team (electrician and mechanic), execution of repairs in accordance with the
schedule.
Urgent repairing of the mechanical and electrical parts of the Crushing Plant equipment.
Main task was urgent solving faults and troubles in electrical parts of all equipment of the Crushing Plant
(crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors, overhead cranes, sump pumps, air blowers), to change motors,
contactors, relay, switch breakers, etc.
