Responsibilities included:

 Establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
 Manages an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenues.
 Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
 Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Department Head.
 Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
 Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
 Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in company’s products.

 Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
 Collaborates with Head of Department to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
 Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
 Collaborates with Dept. Head to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.

I'm involved in the Business Development for all commercial areas and project's in small and large scales to successful review and execution.

Responsibilities included:
 Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;

I was given the responsibility of producing various general lead generations and supporting my design team of new concepts and designs to be incorporated in these projects.
