Responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to the guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.
Perform all necessary tasks to service F&B according to the standards of performance manual of the Hotel, direct and supervise the service team to ensure that all duties are performed as per standards, ensure that all employees have received adequate training to perform their duties.
Ensure proper organization, planning and control of supplies and maintain concise record of all beverage stock in order to ensure that the required is available, actively use up selling techniques by exceeding Guest expectation and to increase revenue.
Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment, comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedure.

Joined in capacity of Assistant to F&B Department in renowned fine dining seafood restaurant “Casa Samak”.
Was responsible to attend Customer(s) requirements starting from presenting menu to Customer(s) and assisting in all aspects including making food selections recommendations etc.
Took care in ensuring Customer(s) satisfaction as well as assisted in resolving any required matter.
During working in Coral Beach Resort, Sharjah was rotated through all F&B Outlets as recognized Assistant and Team player.

Joined in capacity of Sales Assistant as part-time job during the studies for additional income. Was responsible for working with Customer(s) and promote sales, ordering goods, allowing location product by standards, reception and integration product, allowing registration of a trade hall, the availability of goods, identifying promising product on the market, study of consumer preferences.
