• Account managing of clients in Private and Semi-government sector in UAE.
• End-to-end recruitment for various clients and positions.

• Providing monthly report to finance department for salary payroll purposes.
• Coordinating all UAE visa issuing process/Labor card issuing process for all outsourced staff.
• Preparing international candidates for relocation and life in UAE - onboarding and off boarding of outsourced staff as per client’s policies.
• Advising clients with best staffing solutions as per their needs
• Understanding of client’s core business and act as a long-term partner
• Preparing salary benchmarking and market research for the clients.
• Executive search and headhunting of C-level profiles for clients.
• Sourcing potential candidates from internal database, portals, and social media.
• Working with the biggest clients on the market from various domains: IT, Banking, Hospitality, Health Care, Investment Banking, Aviation Domain, Retail, Engineering, etc.
• Have successfully placed candidates from countries like UK, Croatia, Poland, India, Pakistan, India, Germany, France, South Africa, etc.
