Job Role Summary: (overall purpose of job):
Assist all countries in Middle East and South Africa to follow all tenders, priorities of registration, complaints, technical data, quality control and to do the link with all support departments.
Tender preparation and follow-ups
• Preparation of the product codes against the different requests in an excel sheets for the price suggestions
• Coordination of the any other documents or communication for the specific contract Annual tenders.
Registration follow-up with the concerned countries in MESA area;
• Evaluation of the requirements for the registration based on the potential of the business in coordination with the Area Managers.
• Market intelligence before assigning to do the registration. Preparation of the business plans by data collections from the Area Managers or even from the distributors
Customer complaints follow-up
• Analysis of the Quality issues through the proper communication with the respective distributors/Area managers.
• Coordination with the Quality department to have the reports to discuss further with RD for further communication to respective customers.
Vyset design using Vyset logic ( customized sets ):
• Self-preparation after receiving the communication from concerned Area Managers
• Coordination with Vyset HQ team to prepare the samples /prototypes/codes
• Follow ups till final stage to capitalize in real business through the regular interaction with the AM/Distributors Sales team
• Planning-Proposal -Preparation of Vyset range depends on the availability of the product ranges in our portfolio - Interaction with products managers- market requirement.
Handling business relations with CZ Locco, GE Transportation, Thussencrup corporation.
Was responsible in ordering spare parts for the modernization of the locomotives.
