-Set up, copy, scan and store documents
-Manage requests for documentation
-File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
-Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
-To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
-Manage the processes around documentation within the organization
-Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
-Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required
-Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Provide Administrative and project support for Head Department.
-Maintain necessary department files.

-Manage electronic calendar and make appointment.
-Make travel arrangement and reservations.
-Schedule meetings, create presentation, coordinate group meetings and record the meeting.

-Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
-provide project support to project team as necessary.
-prepare and disseminate correspondence memos and forms.
-File an update contact information for employees, customers and supplier and external partners.
-Support and facilitate the completion of regular report.
-Develop and maintain a filing system.
-Document expenses and hand in report.
-Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
- Execute changes to oracle and other ERP systems master data (e.g. customer, vendor, materials etc.) as approved by the business.
- Translates variety of documents including literary, legal, research, technical, scientific, educational, and commercial materials.
- Interprets written or spoken material into one or more other languages, ensures meaning and context are
maintained, creates glossaries or term dictionaries, possesses knowledge of multiple languages, works with individual clients and corporations.
- Coordinates material and finish products master data setup, validations and periodic maintenance.
- Perform regular business related activities e.g. price and contracts updates, approval schemes.
- System monitoring and use management related activities.
- Perform mass updates as required.
- Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions.
- Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
- Ensure Data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business system.
- Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed. - Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and relates documentation
