• Managing portfolios Nepal and Thailand (200M$) per implementation period
• Focal point on financial grant management for country team and beneficiaries . Lead and manage the coordination and review of financial data: Audit report, Progress update and financial closure to ensure compliance with the GF policies and procedures.
• Negotiate, process and manage signing new grants with GF Principal Recipients in Nepal and Thailand
• Prepare Annual Funding Disbursements and analyze the accuracy and effectiveness of the disbursement requests
• Follow up on absorptions and prepare forecast in grant finance system.

Projects to support Libya for Economic Integration and Sustainable Employment - Project for creation of a micro finance institution in Libya funded by the European Union and the British Embassy managed by Expertise France:
· Organize events, workshops and study tours in Libya, Tunisia and abroad: Hotels; flights; hotel, visa; venues… and ensure that the stakeholders are paid in time and in accordance with their services.
· Prepare the Project Financial Reports and the disbursement request.
· Ensure project expenses are eligible and in accordance with procedures and donors' rules
· Follow up the expenses / Evolution of the workplan / update the program budget
· Oversee, manage, and train a team of accountants and administrative officers
· Support in drafting budgets of new projects
· Verify monthly budget and forecast.
· Train the NGO financial officers on how to manage the Grants received and do the financial reports.
· Management of the cash advance (supporting documents, expenses table...)
· Assume responsibility for cash account administration, ensuring conformity to existing procedures
· Prepare and carry out the audits conducted and support on their smooth process
EuroMed Transport Project for MENA region - Funded by the European Commission managed by Consortium SAFEGE:
• Monitoring plan and organization of Workshops in Tunisia and abroad
• Contact all project stakeholders: Consultants, experts, suppliers ...
• Held office financial and logistical aspects (Budget, cash, expenses ...)
• Prepare the Interim report (Financial and administrative) every 6 months for the audit supervisor from the European commission

• The preparation of financial reports, including PUDRs, Financial Statements for audit purposes
• Assist the Local Fund Agent in the review of the Financial Reports.
• Assist the Coordinator in the management and monitoring of project funds.
• Prepare and negotiate the yearly action plan, as well as revised budget.
