- Enter VT and NDE result into Database from QA/QC Inspectors / NDE Operators.
- Print VT reports and gets them signed by QA/QC Inspector.
- Scan and save all original VT reports include Index for FRB.
- Save all NDE reports include Index for FRB.
- Prepare all completed construction work packages with reports before handover to Quality coordinator.
- Assist in ensuring fabrication and documentation compliance with Project Specification
requirement.

• Performs “Hold”, “Witness”, “Surveillance” inspections and tests at various construction sites
to ensure compliance with the contract requirements and project quality specifications.
• Record reports and endorse reports of inspection and compile scope files to identify inspection
status.
• Report on defective work and non-conformities and maintenance problems, calculate
dimensions and component specifications and discusses project requirements with superiors.
• Record any non-conformance and construction practices, materials and equipment and report
to the Supervisor in details the potential problems for early resolution.
• Witness on-site and off-site materials and perform installation test in compliance with the
approved standards.
• Inspect materials and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance in the proper handling
storage and protection at construction sites.
• Assist in performing Quality Audits on mechanical areas of the project.
• Participate in the weekly inspection progress.
• Generate all mechanical reports required by the QA/QC Department, project or location and
assist in the overall improvement of operating systems and the quality systems.
• Preparing Material Approval submittals to get approval on mechanical material according to
project specifications.
• Assist in preparation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Quality Control Procedures (QCP) and
Inspection & Testing Plans (ITP).

PROJECT
• Responsible for Fit-up, visual and Dimensional inspection for pipelines for site and fabrication.
• Punch Listing of pipelines prior to Hydrostatic and Pneumatic Testing’s.
• Line Checking of pipelines using P&ID and approved isometric drawings.
• Monitor and witness of hydrostatic and pneumatic testing for piping systems & valves.
• Interface to client representatives regarding quality issues.
• Monitor and witness flushing and restoration on pipelines.
• Monitor and witness hydrostatic testing inspection activities and restoration on piping systems
and valves.
• Responsible for Documentation / report preparation for pipelines.
• Punch listing prior to testing and pre-commissioning.
• Perform daily visual inspection for all Piping Work on Site.
• Perform physical inventory and location survey of material in stock.
• Monitoring the fabrication activates for the pipe fabrication.
• Ensure that production line under my supervision meets company targets in terms of efficiency
and quality.
• Check that material and equipment are correctly received, stored, identified, traceable and its
certificates. Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality
Management System.
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test
results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations,
permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality
Management System.
- Review project specifications and Codes & Standards to develop welding procedures to guide
production and welding personnel relating to specification restrictions, material processes, preand post-heating requirements which involve use of complex alloys, unusual fabrication
methods, welding of critical joints, and complex post-heating requirements.
- Develops and maintains corporate welding procedures (WPS) and welder performance
qualification records (WPQRs).
- Develop, qualify, write and certify PQR(s) and WPS (s) for client review and approval.
- Coordinate welding procedure qualification requirements with the metallurgical testing
laboratories.
- Oversee and witness welding of PQR test coupons(s).
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
- Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.

contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national
or international standards
- Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards
- Ensure that heavy machinery and equipment such loaders, fork lifts and unloading
equipment run smoothly and reliably.
