Provide high level administrative support to CEO,
including screening and directing incoming calls, emails
and correspondence, prioritizing and acting on mail
when necessary;
Manage complex diary across multiple time zones with
attention to accuracy and detail while recognizing the
need to re-prioritize as business initiatives change;
Act as a "gate-keeper" to ensure CEO's work flow is not
interrupted
Take minutes of meetings and prepare final reports of
proceedings as necessary, follow through on action items;
Organize Board Meetings, Leadership Summits;
Produce reports and presentations required for meetings,
arrange facilities and catering;
Travel arrangements (flights, visa and hotel
accommodation) for CEO along with company's brand
ambassadors and high profile individuals;
Execute highly confidential documents and records and
file them appropriately;
Be point of contact for company's brand ambassadors,
execute their agreements, account statements and
process payments;
Lead company's CSR initiatives, including being point of
contact for charities, finalize annual budgets, coordinate
Manage day to day timelines / activities of marketing
projects, working closely with regional teams;
Manage production vendors and third-party fulfillment
vendor;
Oversee sales & marketing collateral inventory and
fulfillment items, reporting on usage patterns, and
planning of inventory in support of marketing promotions;
Assists in developing and executing promotional initiatives
group-wide, manage overall requirements of all high
quality accurate sales and marketing materials including;
Manage agreed projects budgets, purchase orders and
invoicing on day to day basis, including monitoring and
reporting on spend;
