-Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages;
-Manage day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations;
-Assess and improve employee performance;
-Devise reward programs for employees;
-Manage employee relations and conflict;
-Administer timely payroll;
-Ensure organization’s compliance with laws;
-Review and revise HR policies;
-Collaborating with department managers to assess and address skill gaps;
-Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors;
-Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to visit visas, employment or residence visas, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, foreign license, accommodation, etc.;
-Administer the employee exit process by processing termination paperwork, calculation of EOSB, employee clearance, cancelling insurance coverage, and arranging for visa cancellation and repatriation.
Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation;
Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction;
Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors; Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations;
Control expenses and prepare expense reports;
Planned and managed day to day operations for corporate offices; Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours;
Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to visit visas, employment or residence visas, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, foreign license, accommodation, etc;
Make travel arrangements;

Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours;
maintaining and updating information on the organization's website;
Deal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service;
Provide service, support and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements such are driving license, liquor license, car registrations, accommodation and legal requirements to ensure that PR services are provided as required;
Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of all company’s legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the documents are up-to-date.
Ensure the delivery of quality dental care to patients;
Resolve patient issues in accordance with company policies and procedures, healthcare regulations and dental board standards; Present treatment plans to patients;
Organize and present financial arrangements to patients; Support marketing and promotion initiatives.
