Reporting to the President
•Manages and review the established Occupational Safety & Health program of PROSERVE for the 3rd bridge project Cebu-Cordova link (CLJV).
•Ensure and maintain the implementation of the project HSE awareness program that includes Emergency Response and Evacuation, Incident Reporting and Investigation and promotion of safe work practice in all of the activities whether on-shore or off-shore in coordination with CLJV Management and in accordance to DOLE requirements.
•Motivate the workforce to ensure that the Safety Programs and Policies of the project are well chartered.
•Member of the management team that will review all project matters with regards to the Safety implementations.
•Ensures all the incident investigation and recommendations are properly disseminated to the working force.
•Member of the Management Leaders conducting internal audits on the Occupational Safety and Health aspect of the project.

•Manages and review the established documents of its HSE and Quality (QA/QC) Management System for the QP Refinery- EPIC of LGO tanks Installation project.
•Spearhead the establishment via writing of the required Policies, Procedures and documents for the HSE and Quality management system and programs.
•Review the blueprints of both mechanical installations and civil construction to ensure the safety and quality of the project.
•Deputy Representative of the company’s HSE & Quality Management System.
•Over-all in-charge for the employee’s HSE training and development to make certain that the HSE Policy set by the company are well maintained & followed always.
•Over-all in-charge of the company’s program on HSE awareness, that includes the following: Emergency Response and Evacuation, Work Permit System, Incident Reporting and Investigations, Risk Assessments, and the promotion of Safe Work Practice.
•Lead the integration of the task risk assessment program to all the EPIC executed activities in accordance to Safety, OHSAS and EMS policies and Regulations of the company.
•Ensure to adopt and develop the continual development program of the company.

•Responsible in the establishment of procedures, working instructions and forms in the outgoing process.

•In- charge for a group of quality assurance personnel doing Quality Audit of a data encode. Ensure and guarantee that all the text entry of the final process document is matching with the original manuscript. Ensure the final process document meets the quality standards and specifications set by the customer and its deadline schedule.
•Quality Management System in-charge for Legal Project.
for a group of Inspectors handling the Right of Way Inspection permits acquisition.
•Coordinating with the Construction Engineer to ensure that the all designs and layouts for the posts and guys and all the plan details and description especially the frequency route has been followed accordingly.
•Ensure that all construction requisite permits have been acquired on time prior to its construction.
•Ensure that the entire project time table has been on time.
•Ensure the veracity and validity of all permits withers coming from a private and/or government entity.

•Handling the rewinding of all single-phase motor grinders.
•Handling the preventive maintenance of all ship blowers and pumps.
•In-charge for the inventory of the entire workshop rotating electrical equipment.
5 point GPA grading system, where 1.0 is the highest, 3.0 is the lowest passing grade and 5.0 is the failing grade.
