• Coordinate with Employee Relations in Archiving the completed process of hiring.
• Receive (ETF) Employee Transfer Form from P&B to process by system registration team.

3. Provide assistance and support in processing separation procedure.

Main Activities:
• Processing the whole Separation Procedure of each Direct Sadara Employee’s requiring the Official Resignation Letter, Separation Forms and Clearance Forms.
• Ensure separation in SAP System, GOSI System, and HRDF as required from each separation document.
• Coordinating to employee regarding all concern issue needed to comply for the completion of their separation documents.
• Monitor the process according the workflow schedule of each separation forms and clearance forms that required approval and necessary signatories within HRS Department.
• Directly coordinate with each HRS Team such as Payroll and Benefits, Employee Relations and HR Center for the assurance of Separation Process Completion.

4. Provide reports and updates of the division.

Main Activities:
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly progress report for Employee Data Integration and Processing Project and System Registration Activities such as Hiring, Separation & Employee Transfer
