Operations
•Creating the monthly ROTA including store key charts, staff transfers, mandatory breaks, and targets
•Review and consolidate operations executive on the field data and ensure it is filed and added in POS and software and relayed to HR to undergo disciplinary action if applicable
•Coordinates to all stores and act as the point-of-contact if there exists problems with operations
•Allocation of staff to support/relieve whenever there is a high demand of therapists to different stores
•Work with the Call Center department to ensure that staff absences/leaves are updated from their system avoid wrong bookings
•Conducting daily reporting of attendance of all staff across stores to ensure 100% Rota adherence
•Calling of staffs returning from vacation and to notify their schedules upon reporting to work
•Works hand-in-hand with operations team doing daily visits to all stores and attend to their concerns/feedbacks related to store issues
•Creating schedules for company drivers in tandem with the Rota of all therapists from Dubai accommodation

HR
•Preparing report for the holidays/lieu days that therapists’ worked on and submit it to HR
•Updating the HR Link software and work with the HR executives to maintain employees’ data across all stores
•In-charge of Point-of-Sale system training to newly hired Store managers and Front Desks
•Coordinating with the recruitment department for lists of new staff to be allocated to different stores
•Prepares and submits the overtime/extra hours report of all staff upon verification of attendance to be submitted to CEO for approval and salary pay
•Organizing periodical schedules of trainings for therapists/hair stylists from suppliers to Head Office training academy
•Supports HR executives in dealing with staff violations and complaints against company policies

Business Analysis
•Creates monthly sales report to be submitted to top management for review and appropriate planning/solution
•Work alongside with the brand and operations manager on data analysis and devising reports for top management as required
•Prepares the E-Job card reports of all therapists including the quality of their services
•Coordinates with IT programmers to maintain smooth data reporting especially when dealing with data mining
•Validates the data from the User Dashboard with the system reports management and investigate probable errors from the database
