• Responsible for managing all recruitment aspects such as:
o Pre-screening of resume’s and schedules applicant for interview.
o Conducts preliminary interview and gives examination to shortlisted applicants if necessary.
o Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
o Feedbacks applicants their application status through e-mail and phone calls.
o Recommendation of qualified applicants and summarizing CVs for easy evaluation for the departments heads,
o Developing innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies,
o Emploment Offer Letter Preparation and nnsuring completion of all necessary documents for newly hired employees,
o Facilitate visa processing and monitoring of status tracking,
o Induction and orientation of newly hired staff before endorsment to respective departments.
o Attend to personnel concerns if necessary
• Responsible for the development and timely reporting of personnel database records reports in compliance with the systems, structures, standards, policies and procedures of the company.
• Responsible for the efficient implementation and monitoring of Wages and Benefits activities in compliance with the systems, structures, standards, policies and procedures of the Company.
• Responsible for the efficient implementation and monitoring of EOS process in compliance with the systems, structure, policies and procedures of the company.
• Responsible in assisting the Payroll Accountant in providing top-class service to our employees by accurately processing payroll transactions and providing prompt personnel service to our staff in accordance to WPS.
• Support the Cashiers Department for the general preparation of invoice, cash collection and monitoring of customer accounts to all Paris Group boutiques/outlets.
