• In conjunction with IT, ensure that the IT systems, infrastructure and software required by Operations are in place and adequate resilience built for this.
• Ensure that the Operations Battle box is equipped and stored at the Recovery Site
• Ensure speedy resolution of all customers’ complaints and enquiries
• Drive branch teamwork
• Ensure due diligence in account opening
• Compilation of end of month reports
• Handling of the branch ATM machines
• Authorization within own limit
• Train and grow subordinates
• Reconciliation of internal accounts
• Deposit mobilisation
• Custodian of branch’ assets
• Ensure due diligence on all operational procedures
• Ensure that all laid-down instructions regarding the handling, locking away and security of cash are adhered to
