Femi was engaged for expert leadership in the standardization of financial communications (ISO20022) & modernization of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) to enhance global operational eficiencies and compliance for a Major Bank Client utilising frameworks like OKRs so that it aligned project activities with organisational goal, thus enhancing communication and transparency. Femi successfully managed all project deliverables for the core banking system implementation using Temenos's T24. Femi leveraged the use of Artificial Intelligence to help in the use of data driven analytics and detailed Gantt Charts to ensure each project phase was delivered on schedule, fostering stakeholder confidence, which resulted in a 15% increase in processing speed and a 10% reduction in errors. Femi also used LLM to automate the generation of complex compliance documentation and enhanced the accuracy of financial communication, streamlining workflows & improving compliance accuracy. Femi also made sure that when leveraging AI that it was ISO/IEC42001:2023 & EU AI Act compliant. Femi made sure that projects were compliant to DORA initiatives and NIS2 legislative measures. Femi also made sure that projects were compliant to ISO27001 in terms of Information Security. Femi developed roadmaps and strategies for the various products
