The company is a construction contracting organization as well as real estate developer. Our projects are both public and private facilities which include: Office buildings, Commercial complexes, Luxury private homes, road construction, construction of oil and gas civil components etc.
I rose from being a Senior Quantity Surveyor at entry to the post of Chief QS in this organization. I am responsible for overall Estimating, Tendering, Cost control and Claims activities on our projects. I work with 5 subordinate permanent quantity surveyors and other project quantity surveyors to ensure profitability of projects through efficient cost control activities.
I also perform the pre- contract role of a consultant quantity surveyor on the company's owned real estate development projects.
