Leading full design process from Concept & Schematic Designs, Detailed Designs,

1. Developed and supervised BIM Revit Implementation for Design and Design development for Kap3 projects. /
2. Façade enhancement for KAP3 projects.
3. Design Optimization for a new prototype to merge 5 government sectors in a single building
4. Design of Precast system for KAP3 projects.
5. Review of site grading and setting out plans for over a hundred sites for King Abdullah projects around the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
6. Working closely with the Site Engineers to ensure the overall architectural and finishing requirements are carried out to the highest standards, through monitoring, reviewing and amending both technical drawings and actual works.
7. Technical review of architectural, Interiors and structural drawings to ensure consistency as well as check against discrepancies in submitted drawings from Contractors
Leading design team in developing design works ranging from Architecture, Interior designs,
Structural & MEP.
• Work with team of other multi-disciplinary consultants in projects.
• Monitoring through regular site supervision visits to ensure actual works conforms to design
intention and documentations.
• Manage and lead team of sub-contractors and artisan to realize project goals.
