• Sourcing profiles through different channels like job portals, Sending emails, resume databases, social networking sites & Employee referrals
• Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements
• Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner
• Administer the performance management system
• Enter data into the HR system so that accurate records are maintained,
• Provide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Coordinate with the Public Relations Officer on different visa related issues (new visas, renewals, cancellations, etc)
• Ensure Company Policies (HR and Code of Conduct) are consistent with UAE law
• Provide training on Company Policies where required.
• Manage internal request for headcount recruitment with department head in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
• Prepare detailed Job descriptions for new and existing positions / vacancies
• Look after different administration assignments and follow up with various service providers including office maintenance and related safety issues.
• Conduct interviews for Sales Executive and arrange interviews for management levels.
• Performing all correspondence/documentation and filing of general operations.
• Make consolidate attendance at the end of month and help in payroll process.
Timely preparation and accurate maintenance of employees’ records as per the Policy.
Responsible for the preparation of employees’ salaries, after the applicable deductions.
Ensure all employment related letters are timely prepared and delivered to the employees as per the requirements.
Closely work with Benefits administration team to provide employment benefits to the employees.
Preparing & Maintaining the EOBI (Employee Old Age Benefits Institution) records of all employees.
Prepare & maintain record of payment vouchers of all invoices against salary disbursement
Ensure all employment related letters are timely prepared and delivered to the employees as per the requirements.
To maintain proper record of all the loans and advances through making a Loans / Advances.
Develop and maintain cordial working relationships with employees deputed to perform duties.
Establish open employee communication channels thereby ensuring that employees are properly serviced to foster loyalty.
Preparing & Maintaining the Social Security records of all employees.
Recruitment & Selection of workers.
Prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
Actively engages in coaching and counseling with managers and employees, as needed.
Leads and participates in recruitment and hiring efforts and duties for exempt and non-exempt personnel; conducts new-employee orientations, writes and places advertisements.
Develop, implement and maintain human resource policies and procedures framework for the organization.
Works closely and proactively with managers and staff to develop human resources strategies and programs that address the organization’s needs and strategic business plan.
Conducts exit interview, or receives exit interview information; analyzes aggregate information to determine appropriate opportunities for improvement initiatives.
Preparing Advertisement for the Newspaper (of required position) or online job posting through job seeker websites and social media websites
