• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
• Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions as per HBL brand guidelines
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product/service launches
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns covering conventional and digital platforms
• Propose ideas for lead generation by effectively using social media platforms
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns

• Lead marketing efforts to understand segment influencers including customer demographics competitive assessments, and market needs.
• Develop and implement business plans that highlight competitive landscape and customer needs.
• Perform market analysis including market models, and strategic direction to meet corporate and business objectives.
• Research opportunities for new clients and projects.
• Planning marketing collaterals like giveaways, standees, leaflets, signage’s, etc.
• Lead marketing efforts to understand segment influencers including customer demographics competitive assessments, and market needs.
• Partner with creative team, external agencies and vendors for BTL activities.
• Follow and analyze market trends to position products
• Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
• Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments
• Research competitor offerings and develop marketing strategy of new services and existing services
• Ensuring that labeling & marketing/promotional literature match product specifications
• Plan and execute campaigns / promotions to ensure revenue targets achievement
• Develop and implement promotional activities such as promotions and product launches
• Manage marketing budget and approval processes
• Take ownership of the Project from inception to roll-out, identifying core product features, SoPs, Business Rules and aligning them with brand image

Social Media Marketing on behalf of VIP member.
Competitors/Industry analysis for VIP member.
Finding potential buyers/sellers for VIP member.
Maintain & update VIP member about new developments in the market.
Liaison with Advertising agency & Vendors.
Ensure Brand promotional activities.
Inventory Management of gift items.
Research for potential clients for new services.
In house & Out door events arrangements.
