• Fault Management on all Zain Sudan Tellabs nodes in Transmission Network ( Tellabs -8860/8660/DXX6300 )
• Installation, Configuration, Testing and Commissioning and Performs preventive maintenance on all mentioned product (TELLABS equipment: 8860 - 8660 - 8630-DXX6300-7100)
• Plan LLD Design, Tellabs 8600/8800 ip/mpls networks, DXX 6300 SDH network
• Configure several IP/MPLS PWE/IPVPN services such as :
 ATM VP-VP, VC-VC circuits, and ip over ATM
 L2 Ethernet circuits Pseudo-wire
 TDM Pseudo-wires
 L3 IP VPN,
• Also configure BGP, OSPF, IP/MPLS, LDP, RSVP, VRRP, VPLS protocols and IRB interfaces.
• SDH DXX circuit creation & troubleshooting such as AU-4, TU-3, TU-12 circuits
• Configure Quality of service and traffic engineering access and core network
• Perform equipment and circuits testing by using PDH/SDH/SONET/ATM analyzers, optical power meters, OTDR.
• Perform Network optimization and Configure OoS/Traffic Engineering using RSVP Tunnels.
• INM management system installations and maintenance.
• On-call 24/7 as Second Line support
• Perform fast and accurate resolution on time of link failure, system outage or network degradation
• To ensure rapid and accurate technical solutions to customers problems,
• Ensure that the network and services operate at optimum quality and efficiency levels and that operation targets are maintained and exceeded where possible
• Investigate and prepare outage/incident report
• Work in interoperability of different mobile network elements, BTS, NODEB, BSC, RNC, MGW, and VAS with Tellabs equipment
• Excellent knowledge & practices (Tellabs DWDM 7100 Training ) in DWDM Technology & Ericsson T.N

• Receive and handle both In-bound and Out-bound calls and respond to emails
• handle customer inquiries
• research required information using available resources
• manage and resolve customer complaints
• provide customers with product and service information
• enter new customer information into system
• update existing customer information
• process orders, forms and applications
• identify and escalate priority issues
• route calls to appropriate resource (back office)
• follow up customer calls where necessary

• Troubleshoots, installs, Maintains, and repairs VHF, UHF radio communication systems.
• Repairs and installs radio antenna (base station (fixed) and mobile station (vehicles)), and ensures compliance with requirements.
• Performs analysis of VHF, UHF transmitters to ascertain power output, frequency tolerance, deviation, distortion, and other factors affecting transmission.
• Maintains and repairs VHF, UHF portable and mobile radio equipment.
• Performs checks of radio systems at base station sites to include checking receiver and transmitter parameters
• Also have work in FIBER OPTIC+ SCADA+ PLC+ PDH/SDH+ MICROWAVE as trainees.
