Proposing techno-commercial quotations for the suitable marine units from fleet depending on the enquiry.

Preparing the necessary documentation required for pre-qualification and vendor registration exercises to determine supplier tender lists.

Managing the complete tendering process from both technical and commercial aspects.

Negotiating and finalizing the Charter Party Agreements (Contract) effectively with all parties.

Supporting the Prime Contract Management team to ensure accountabilities and activities are performed in an effective manner.

Handling the contracts and full set of documentations needed for newly purchased marine units.

Was first assigned to Health, Safety & Environment department (HSE), where I was familiarized with the company’s compliance regarding Safety at work.
Secondly, was assigned to the Planning department, where I oversaw the budgetary analysis of projects and their respective deadlines.
Thirdly, I was handed over to the Engineering department, where I was familiarized with the design aspects based on the client’s requirement.
My fourth rotation was with the Project Department, where I was exposed to their day-to-day operations.
Final rotation was at the Contracts Department, where I learned the format of writing contracts with clients, and what to include in them.
