Project.1-JW Marriott Hotel:
Project Description:- 1.25 Billion QR Worth.
The project consists of :
A-3 Basements B-Ground floor
C-51 floors
5 stars hotel and apartment building situated in a prim location on Doha’s West Bay precinct.
Responsibilities:
• In this project I’m responsible of all mechanical works and coordination of between MEP works and other activities such as:
1-Technical (review design works, reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, methods of statements etc…, apart from attending progress, technical and coordinating meetings).
2-Site management (through 5 senior engineers).
Project.2-Construction of 10 schools group 7A
Project Description:- 700 millions QR Worth.
The project consists of ten secondary schools each school consisting of
A- Ground floor B-first floor
C-Roof floor D-Roof top floor
E-Ancillary buildings F-Water Treatment Plant
G- Landscape
Responsibilities:
• In this project I’m responsible of all mechanical works
1-Technical (review design works, reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, methods of statements etc…, apart from attending progress, technical and coordinating meeting).
1- Site supervision (through 3 senior mechanical engineers).

The project consists of:

G-Solar &Wind energy stations H-Landscape
Responsibilities:
• In this project I’m responsible of review design works, reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, methods of statements etc., apart from attending progress, technical and coordinating meeting in additional to site supervision (site works &material inspections).
Project-2: AL Baker Towers at al Dafna (Oct.2011-Present) in (Doha-Qatar
Project Description:- 600 million QR Worth.
The project consists of:
A-tower-1 that consists of 52 floors plus 3 basements
B-Tower-2 that consists of 48 floors plus 3 basements
Project-3: AL Ramez Tower at al Dafna (Oct.2011-Present) in (Doha-Qatar
Project Description:- 300 million QR Worth.
The project consists of 35 floors plus 2 basements
In this company I was responsible of 3 projects at the first three months the mentioned one plus another 2 projects since there no more staff for them with 500 million QR, my responsibilities are review design works, reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, methods of statements etc., apart from attending progress, technical and coordinating meeting in additional to site supervision (work &material inspections
In this project I was responsible of preparing Testing and Commissioning processes for the first six months and after I was responsible of reviewing design drawings and supervising and following up the installation works in site, involving in planning, reviewing material submittals, methods of statements etc., apart from attending progress, technical and coordinating meeting in additional to site supervision (work &material inspections
I was managing 12 draftsmen, 2technical engineers, 4 site engineers and70 tradesmen.
