Duty and Standards - Measurable in Terms of Time, Cost, Quality or Quan9ty :
o Conduct opera9onal spot checks / audits to verify compliance to customer requirements.
o Conduct special project audits when assigned and report the findings with recommenda9ons to the Sr. Lead Auditor / QA Manager.
o Study / Analyze trends resul9ng from Sta9s9cal Data and propose sugges9ons / recommenda9ons to eliminate root causes of NCRs, complaints and other improvement opportuni9es.
o Review and report to Sr. Lead Auditor / QA Manager on Opera9onal controls implementa9on with regards to the QMS, specially in the shopfloors.
o Conduct Internal Process Audits independently and with Sr. Lead Auditor and report the results to QA Manager.
o Carry out various quality control spot / regular inspec9ons on products as and when advised by QA Manager.
o Assist QA Team in the effec9ve management of QMS (Documenta9on and Record control).
o Assist Sr. Lead Auditor / QA Manager in conduc9ng Customer Feedback Ques9onnaire and in communica9on of the company quality policy and objec9ves to all company personnel.
