As Abu Dhabi Port resident Engineer for the Project, I manage all the related
day to day project aspects in terms of Progress, Saftey and quality, in addition
to reviewing and signing off all documentation such as Method statements,
Materials, Permits to work, Payments Application, Drawings and leading on
the construction meetings.

PROJECT FINANCE STUDY AND ANALYSIS
Assigned as the Head of Engineering Unit, Managing all the ongoing new
branches and ATM’s projects for the bank, leading from Preliminary Design to
Final hand over, involved as the client and managing the Consultants,
Contractors and Suppliers, In addition to the review and recommendation for
major projects financing for both Clients side or Contractor’s side, and
providing assessments on the cost, cash flow, schedule and basis of payment
release.
Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Residence - Jordan
PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR A LUXURIOUS 5 STARS HOTEL
Assigned as the Engineer and the Project Manager for the project, we follow all aspects of the project from tendering the packages, awarding, kick off the construction process, progress, quality, coordination between different packages and trades. My role is the Construction Manager of the hotel FOH areas from the banqueting hall till the last floor of the hotel, utilizing previous experiences along with the team to produce the intended construction value engineered best quality within the short execution period.
Beach 10 Club/ Ayla - Jordan.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION OF DESIGN AWARD WINNING BEACH CLUB.
Completion of all remaining construction works at the Beach 10 Club, from studying the Architect design sketches, preparing the Budget for Board Members approval, setup the team by direct hiring and seeking trade contractors, project schedule, procurement of materials, mobilizing the team to the site @ Aqaba/ Ayla, completion of all the works within the approved time & budget, handover and demobilization.
St. Regis Hotel & Residence - Jordan.
CONSTRUCTION OF 5 STARS HOTEL& RESIDENCE LANDSCAPE.
Managing the construction of the Landscape works conducted by the different sub-contractors, coordinating the process of construction with the MEP sub-contractor, studying the execution drawings against the IFC drawing.
Fairmont Hotel - Jordan.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION OF 5 STARS HOTEL.
Working on both the client side and as the main contractor, reviewing design drawings, in-charge of the technical team for the Guestroom floors, coordination of all different trades and direct management of the construction process from the Mock-up room till handing over the guestrooms to the operator. Along with one of the trendiest F&B outlets.

Working with one of the lead finishing companies in the middle-east, In-charge of the finishing construction of the project, coordinating with the main contractor along with other subcontractors involved in the construction process.
Yanbu Royal commission projects - Saudi Arabia.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT FOR ROADWAYS.
Working with a company specialized in asphalt & infrastructure, seeking projects different from the company preferred government project, preparing the Company Profile, market study and penetration study, SWOT analysis, introducing the firm to the Yanbu Royal Commission, obtaining accreditation and signing up of projects, follow up and managing the execution on profit sharing basis.
