- Being in charge of the engagement team, supervises work of the team members and reports to the assignment manager.
- Arranging and help conducting team kick off discussions, risk assessment and planning discussions, client closing meetings and team debrief meetings at the end of the audit; establishing and planning stock take; dealing with customer request regarding client and team components; etc. (proactive client & team management/planning).
- Preparing, supervising and reviewing all audit working papers and tests.
- Coaching and mentoring my team members to achieve audit goals.
- Providing assistance to team leaders to complete annual audits within preset deadlines.
- Addressing queries and complaints on audit related activities in timely manner.
- Ensuring proper audit controls and compliance at all levels and departments in the organisation.
- Assisting in budgets and forecasts.
- Preparing various monthly, quarterly and annually financial reports, account reconciliations and assisting the finance Manager and accountants on special projects.
- Interacting with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Managing Bank accounts, preparing, analysing and following up bank loans and payments.
Following up with Oil and Gas Companies and assisting in preparing Financial statements.
Started in Sep 2009 till July 2014. 4 years of studying Accounting major in Al Yarmouk University including all subjects ( Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management ...) .
